Part 3 of a 3-part series on Mindset.
Part 3 offers a few ways to “reframe” your fixed mindset to one of growth. Reframing simply means looking at a situation from a different perspective.
It’s like looking at a painting or photograph hanging on someone’s wall. You saw it, but it didn’t grab your attention. The next time you visited you were drawn to this same image. You asked your friend what was different about it.
“Oh, I didn’t like the frame it was in,” she replied. “So I bought a new one. It makes all the difference, doesn’t it?”
You can do the same thing when looking at your circumstances, relationships, and opportunities. If you don’t like what you are seeing, you can change the frame.
