What I Expect From My Members

Consistency, intensity, and accountability are keys to your success!

Clues that Walk with Me is a good fit for you:

  • You know in your heart that you are not living up to your potential AND you are ready to change that.
  • You are ready to say "YES" to yourself, even when it means saying "no" to others. 
  • You are curious about how your life might change if you open the door to this Opportunity.
  • You are motivated to move toward positive experiences, rather than away from negative ones.
  • You prefer to learn and do things on your own.

Before you decide to Walk with Me, you should know that I have a few expectations and one requirement for my members. 

The Expectations:

You commit to walking at least 5-minutes every day--preferably outside.


This does not mean you WILL walk 5-minutes each day (at least initially), but you agree that this is what you are you working toward.

You'll drop me an email (remember the pen-pal part?) when you feel discouraged or frustrated because life is getting in your way of walking.


I will respond with questions about your belief system and the thoughts that are keeping you stuck in old patterns. I will help you find within yourself the tools you need to keep moving forward toward your dreams (which include more than strolling around your neighborhood).

You'll drop me an email when you feel even the teeny-tiniest of accomplishments in regards to your walking progress; a new insight into your beliefs or thoughts; or an ah-ha moment about your life's purpose and how to accomplish it.


Remember, pen-pals share the good news, too! As you learn the tools of self-coaching, sharing your successes will help you gain confidence and excitement about all that you are doing. Many of your friends and family members will NOT understand what you are doing and may not be able to support you in the way that you need. I understand self-coaching. I understand feeling like my dreams are too big to achieve. And then I go on to achieve them! You can, too!


The Requirement:

You MUST confirm your "active" status every week.


This equivalent of a teacher taking attendance, is simply confirming you still want to Walk with Me


Basically you will say "Here!" by entering your email address in a Google form.

You do NOT need to have walked each day to remain an active member. You do NOT need to have listened to the audio lesson. You do NOT need to have stepped outside to connect with nature.

This is simply your acknowledgment that you CHOOSE to remain a paying member of this program.

If you fail to self-identify as a continuing member for 3 consecutive weeks, I will cancel your subscription and notify you by email that I have done so. I will include information on how to rejoin should you choose to do so.

Your investment in yourself is only $30 per month for as long as you remain a member. 

P.S. If you aren’t completely satisfied, cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund.
