No, don’t think about it too much. Just tell me what words pop into your head.
Got them? Three words? Good.
Now take a little time to think about them. Think about why they are your first thoughts. Then dig a little deeper to come up with a dozen or more other words to describe you.
In this week’s episode, I share some thoughts on the words we use to describe ourselves and how limiting they can be. I also offer a few tips on how to expand our vocabulary when it comes to choosing those adjectives and nouns that convey to the ourselves (and the world) who we are and what we have to offer.
