The Two Categories of Goals

While out hiking last weekend, I had a goal-setting epiphany.

I do love that word! Epiphany!

One of the definitions listed on dictionary.com is this:

a sudden, intuitive perception of or insight into the reality or essential meaning of something, usually initiated by some simple, homely, or commonplace occurrence or experience.

So this lifelong goal setting and goal achieving woman had a light bulb moment while out on the trails in eastern New Hampshire.

What did you think?

Have you ever thought about whether your habits were project or habit based? Each type of goal will require a different approach and a different mindset.

I’m excited to explore more about these two categories of topics in the coming weeks!

I would love to learn about your project based goals in the comments below. Care to share? 🙂

Share today's message of encouragement with your friends!
