Improving your life doesn't have to be drastic, overwhelming, or complicated. Today I share 5 basic steps to accomplish pretty much anything you want in your life.
I used these steps to earn two college degrees and other educational goals; write and self-publish two books; complete athletic events (when I felt like a total non-athlete); and more. These are the steps I take to get crap done!
