In case you aren't aware, the new moon signals a time of new beginnings. It's our chance to push the reset button on our goals and reignite our commitment to our goals.
Sounds exactly like what we need three weeks into the new year with our intention to reach a healthier weight.
In this video, I pulled three cards from the Tarot Made Easy deck by Barbara Moore.
As I shuffled the deck, I asked for guidance on how you can best use the energy of the new moon to assist you in your weight loss journey.
