Ep067: Doing Things Alone Rather Than Not Doing Them at All

If you want to do something, and you can’t find someone to do it with you, you always have the option to do it alone. Do you dare? Or do you miss out on activities you enjoy just because no one wants to or is available to play that day?

Typically, we will not do things alone because we don’t want to be judged or we are afraid of the unknown.

Accept this week’s challenge to do something as a “party of one.”
